Hi guys

If online adsense income are wired in from overseas via TT on a monthly basis, and banks did call up to ask what is it.
Is this information reported to Bank Negara?
Also, is it reported to LHDN? Are they linked?

How about if let say I contribute to PRS with entitlement to max RM3k tax relief?

Is the calculation as below??

120 + 12 +240 -3 = 369k x 7%
= 25830

Am i correct?

May i know for house rental income as extra income is based on name on S & P or Rental contract Landlord with tenant ? Thanks.
*
Should be following the Rental contract with tenants...

Anyhow people don't actually declare those rental income... All hide one 😁 especially those have many side income....

Thanks. Meaning we just need to convert the amount to MYR.

Please refer to the below for the exchange rate to be used.

Friends, I have a dumb question.. for the laptop / lifestyle relief, if I buy from Shopee at RM2,620and after Shopee platform voucher discount (RM100)+ Shop voucher (RM5)+ Shopee coins (RM15), what do I put in the tax deduction? RM2,500 or RM2,620? Thx
*
depends on u want claim higher or not... to reduce your tax overall (see your situation first)

just be prepared, if kena audit later...

personally...

I would just claim RM2,500 to be safe side
and keep the receipts for 7 years.... or better 10 year...

At year 2021 I did a full settlement on my tax. But I accidentally chosen "installment". Then today I get letter for the installment payment letter.

I called the LHDN number on the letter for 1 hours+ no one answer at all.
Do I need to go any LHDN branch to settle it ? Or I must go to the branch that sent me the letter ?
*
calling them is kinda useless...
always don't pick up phone... make us more stressed up...

better to visit the branch that send the letter directly...
bring all supporting documents.... because they kinda strict on these stuff (but if involved some VVIPs - all close eye settle easy)....

They checking one by one...

So refund is little slower than usual

Also probably lack of staff too (since many contract staff terminated few months back)....

Anyone’s refund approved and stated money should come in today 23/3 but yet to receive??

I’m using ambank here

Wait few more days...

Always delay refund into account...

The date given not really accurate
