E-filing due date 15/5/21, payment due date (99/2020) 15/5/21.
+10% penalty if pay in 60 days (29/6) from original due date (30/4)

Otherwise due date 30/4, payment due date 30/4.

Then use Duitnow Transfer (from any of your bank account) to the "Virtual Account" @ CIMB Islamic.

For 1 payment only. Future payments will be given a new virtual bank account numbers.

Not sure how long a virtual account can last, as I normally pay within a week, for PCB and CP204.

If you really want to play safe, I think you still can use old method to pay at CIMB counter (instead of LHDN), using cash or cheque. As I was informed, but not sure it is true or not, LHDN Kuching (not sure other places) accept payment by cheque this week, as a lot of tax payers are not comfortable with byrhasil online.

All the while 0.8% surcharge if CC.
LHDN may accept E-wallet in the future but there will be a surcharge (maybe 0.8%).

If >RM50k beyond FPX limit then how?
Now use bill number, not like last year can spilt into multiple payment using 99/2021.
Maybe deposit cheque into CIMB's Cheque Deposit Machine by Thursday. Hmm.

Multiple payments of RM30000 each allowed?

LHDN Kuching accept cheque, future no more.
Accept CC as well but with 0.8%, so use cheque better.

You may call it tax surcharge, admin fee, processing fee etc.

There will be a surcharge if use E-wallet to pay LHDN in the future.

The public will now be able to use e-wallets to pay for the services offered by federal ministries and their departments.

Revealed in a Treasury circular dated 21 January 2022, the notice stated that e-wallet payments will be accepted for both over-the-counter and online transactions (via mobile app or website) at all federal ministries and departments. Additionally, the government will be required to bear the service charges, except for transactions carried out with the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and the Customs, as well as non-revenue receipts such as loan repayments. The service charges for these exceptions will be charged to the payer instead.

Daily FPX Limit to pay income tax
Normal Personal savings accounts
RM100,000 - Public Bank
RM50,000 - Other banks

You may get it in less than 1 month, I got mine in less than 2 weeks (May 2023).

Agent fee not allowed.
Not all repairs are allowed.

The expenses that are not income tax deductible are initial expenses before the property is rented out, including:
Advertising cost to get the first tenant
Property agent fees/commission to obtain the first tenant
Legal cost and stamp duty for initial tenancy agreement
Expenses on renovation and improvement to get higher rental or to be more attractive to potential tenant
