i went to starbucks puteri around 12pm, and i were served by 2 baristas.

first, this guy, someone looks experienced, make me voice out my order, and then just pass me to one of the passing by girl, whom i think is still under training.

i repeated my order, "tall size, soy milk, double shot, burnt caramel macchiato".
she charged me 16.xx after tumbler discount. i asked her why charging me for the extra shot. she replied and said yes, we are charging for extra shot. i told her i never get charged by any other branches, with requesting an extra shot for my tall size drink. she then walk away and ask the guy who served me just now. she then came back with this statement "there is no tall size for this promotional drink, thats why..." i canot wait till she finished her sentence by telling her that i only got my tall size of the same drink yesterday. i ask her to get that guy come and talk to me. again, i have to tell the guy that the extra shot is normally wasted for my tall size drink, thats why normally i wont get charged for that. he then walk into the room, i believe he seek advice from his manager. he came out and tell the girl "nvm, waive for her la".

so final amount after some argument is rm14. my card has only rm10 inside. i told the girl i am going to pay rm4 in cash. she said canot. when i ask her are you confirm, she replied with very firm answer "yes, you must reload into your card first". i am losing my patience. i ask her go check with your senior. she came back without any sorry after asking the guy.

i am still thinking if i should send complain email to their regional manager. i think i wont la... small matter only.

just feel upset when the staffs are not undergoing proper / complete training. i couldnt accept the staff dont even know the payment can be made partially by card and cash.

you need to SPEND RM200...not reload. Its mentioned on the promo pic - excluding reloads.
