Looks like Starbucks is having issues with Amex card... again.
Failed to reload using Amex at The Gardens, Pavilion and Sunway Pyramid. |

I want to verify something with all the Starbucks lover, is there an additional charge for whipped cream on top on every drinks? I remember it's free of charge isn't it? Somehow I was charged for RM3 for extra whipped cream
