Tried. Not working. I'm just waiting for them to update the App so that I can remove the extra cards from the app itself.

I think process by phone's Apps is unworkable, ya hope they can update their Apps accordingly

I realized that even you have removed from account (from PC portal), the card number has removed still able to see it from Apps by indicating "Deactivated" card

This is exactly the problem. I have more than 10 cards in my account so imagine the time needed to swipe to the last card

rm20/30 can already swipe with amex? thought usually need rm50/above only can use ccard

Ya can, swiped my Amex card RM20/RM30 for new card purchased.

You can swipe during weekends

But u guys can always transfer the money to the first card right?

yes, transfer first then only report lost of card.

now i'm using 1 card only... so lazy want to change2 cards.

Anybody managed to reload SB card using Amex these few days?

Been to BV2, 1U and Pavilion but can't reload - terminal problem perhaps.

Unable to swipe Amex because system down at that moment

Went to IKANO, TTDI and Tropinana Mall too

Get to know from SB staff, their system for Amex transaction is down since 1 week ago, not sure when it fixed but available for Visa/MasterCard

Alternatively, advisable to reload from their website for cash rebate by CC
