I still haven't got a single Starbucks gift card from the RM10 for RM20 promo. Anyone else having the same problem?

Received it on last Thursday. Placed order on June 25th.

From tracking, it said it was shipped from Korea. blink.gif

I just ordered another one (RM 16 for RM 20) on July 3rd but haven't shipped yet. Status still pending for shipment (change today).

Perhaps you want to contact CS.

called last Friday. said will my forward my case to their sales department.

guess will have to call them again this Friday.

Their CS is not up to standard.

Yes, they will respond to calls fast but their way of handling customer cases/complaints are slow.

I sent them an email last Friday as requested by the CS on the phone. There's no reply nor acknowledgement. Then I sent them another email to top up with more information (snapshot). Also one way only! shakehead.gif

thing is they have charged my cc for the deal. if they haven't i wouldn't care much.

i much prefer only to charge my cc when the item is shipped.

guys, just to share my experience on the promo rm10 for starbucks card value rm20. they didnt ship out our cards is because they are checking on multiple accounts but under same accoutn holder. 2 out of my 7 accounts are suspended, and the rest are alive. me too havent recv my cards since i placed and paid my order on 25th june, while my other frens who make multiple purchases did recv their cards oredi. i called twice to CS, they said Sales team checking the multiple account and keep repeat it is "system error" to me. I ask what will the sales team do after checked and confirm it is multiple purchase from the same person, CS said dont know. then i asked when will be the date they will finished checking, CS told me some customer who placed order in april has yet received their cards. sucks, right? i asked the CS to cancel all my orders. now waiting their reply. I will never go back to 11street. after this case is settled, and get back my money, i will close all my accounts.

my view is, it is very common to have multiple accounts in online website in order to get the best benefit. if you wan to do promotion and limit to 1 purchase per person, kindly upgrade your system for that restriction, or just send the orders out if your system is not able to fulfill your requirement. we are not beggars, we paid for the cards, and you collected my money for 2 weeks, but do not want to send out my goods. i feel this is not right. i will definitely close all my account in this website after this case is settled.

same to me. i too dont mind if they strict cancel and refund my order. but they are now doign the worst thing, collected my money, doing they checking offline, dont know when will the checking be ended, and not sure if when you will know will your orders being cancelled or shipped out. they give me a reason "system error" and no date.

The forwarder is Ecargo. Shipped from Korea?

if by this friday i don't get a satisfactory answer from them, i will let them know i will lodge a police report on this matter.

to me, this is almost like a fraud case. you take our money but not sure when you can provide us the stock status.

Wonder what kind of service provided by this corporate company.

Why cannot them have a system for customer lodge the complaint. Or they do no thave people to work in complaint.
