lets wait and see till next week. i will call again then. hopefully either they send out the cards or they cancel and refund. if not, what you plan to do next? unless we go lodge report at the consumer court. that will work better i think.

what is your plan?

i seriously doubt they will refund, they will still send but might take forever. either u lodge a police report for fraud or u can complain to consumer tribunal. i might go with the latter first.

So far I have added 18 cards...

SB staff told me unlimited card can be add, don't know is true or not

Phone number I think.

When I called them, they'll ask the phone number registered with my account.

i asked my sister to buy on my behalf as well, phone number under her.

address and recipient are mine.

those cards also not arrived yet.

My Chatime voucher also shipped using ecargo.

Based on 2nd SB card tracking, ecargo will pass to Skynet.

I just called the CS and gave her my phone number for the cards that they have yet to send

hopefully they don't ask me to send all the order number/ email since they can check from their system sweat.gif

Because I'm collector for SB card, so every time got new card will just buy, add and transfer fund.

Otherwise, just top up by credit card
