Reloading Starbucks card online at Starbucks website will entitle for cash back if your credit card is meant for e-commerce transaction.

It is using mobile88 payment processor same as 11street!

Yes, they will respond to calls fast but their way of handling customer cases/complaints are slow.

I sent them an email last Friday as requested by the CS on the phone. There's no reply nor acknowledgement. Then I sent them another email to top up with more information (snapshot). Also one way only! shakehead.gif
