Really bad styling. Obnoxious tie knot (yes, it is cool but only if you are a computer simulated French living in the Matrix), watch size is too big and it is making it look gaudy and it will make your shirt look too short on the sleeves.

Erm if it does not make my sleeves shorten and foldy? icon_question.gif

Aiyo tuan this one totally weird lar.

The picture is not of the OP and he was not asking for styling advice...

Anyway, wearing an oversized watch does not look good regardless whether you are wearing long or short sleeve shirts. For something reasonably sized (how big exactly depends on your wrist), I think it's fine if the watch doesn't slip under the shirt cuff. Many of my watches don't, except for the dress watches.

Unless you wanna do something next level like this...

Hm... may be big size watch is more towards casual while with cufflink is formal? (Where a dress watch is preferred)

If it does not make your sleeves shorten, means you have too big of a sleeve hole tongue.gif

Big sized watches are always more casual from a historical fashion sense. Formal wear is traditionally about subtlety, thats why watches are small and polite and focus is on the face and make over the size and colour.

Hey guys, male student here looking to get myself a watch to accompany my wrist but have no idea where to start looking. Really like those watches with round metallic cases with EOT or perpetual calendars with brown leathery straps. Based on those crude description may I ask what can I look for within 100-200rm range? Thanks!

That's their Flyback. This should be the T49865 model by the looks of it.

Think if you google / ask around there should be some Malaysian sellers.

Timex intelligent quartz line are a downgrade from their discontinued TX line. their TX line are a great bargain if you can find them on ebay, amazon etc. TX line has better finish and it has sapphire crystal. Timex just have mineral glass.

Want to ask, where can I look to sell my ML Pontos dual GMT?

Or do you think rather keep it since ML have been depreciating almost everyday.
