Really bad styling. Obnoxious tie knot (yes, it is cool but only if you are a computer simulated French living in the Matrix), watch size is too big and it is making it look gaudy and it will make your shirt look too short on the sleeves.

Anyway, wearing an oversized watch does not look good regardless whether you are wearing long or short sleeve shirts. For something reasonably sized (how big exactly depends on your wrist), I think it's fine if the watch doesn't slip under the shirt cuff. Many of my watches don't, except for the dress watches.

Unless you wanna do something next level like this...
