[B]ATTENTION ALL:

Before you spend a lot of money changing your flex cables / ribbons because of the "WHITE SCREEN", try turning off your "Sleep Mode" first. Maybe it would help as this issue also happened to me before...

I'm still testing on it...not really sure...i'm using a rather dark theme now(N95 purple theme)...somehow i feel that the battery lasts longer...not proven...maybe jus a placebo...lol hmm.gif

Hey guys smile.gif

Kinda difficult to comb through the pages so decided that I'll ask.

I've read that the N80 has quite a bit of problems but I also read that the latest firmware fixes this. So what I'd like to know is:

1. If there are any problems with the phone with the latest firmware.
2. Can I update the firmware myself w/o a flashing kit etc.

Thanks in advance! smile.gif

ps: I'm currently in UK and am thinking of getting the phone on a plan. So yeah. It's either this or the W850i.
