Hi all, went to SD sales gallery and was told that they have not officially launch Kyra 2 yet.. but can place 'booking' first at RM3k with a cheque or bank draft, issue to the company. But in return, since it is not officially launched yet, they wont be able to issue any document/receipts.. Is this safe?
Would you pass the cheque to them knowing wont get proof of payment from them?

those i asked in fb are around 600-1000. i think worth to invest as you spend 700-800k for your house. better make sure no defects for what u paid.

my was found after raining day, it at my top of master bath room. Some of the neighbor found after testing water.

I got one of the contractor contact: 011-23679843 (Arman). I think he is the supervisor, saw he communicating the repair job with those workers. Hope this help 

Just got to know the flyover near columbia is scheduled to be completed mid next year. Not sure can achieve or not but my last visit recently was on sunday and worker seems very busy to continue the progress.

This will improve connectivity to Setia Alam and heck..Shah Alam (if u know the route)

Kyra almost 85% i think and lumira (i think so..besides Kyra project) starting to pickup some pace.

I thought the flyover is to connect BBR (taipan..tasik) side and the other side of BBR (Columbia / kfc retro / serunai apartment ) side
