It's normal. Else can ask them to photocopy the cheque and stamp receive with signature.

I'm from the older phase, some houses here who did the rear extension got cracking problem. the house itself seems ok for now. i haven't started my reno yet, so now surveying the market for this.

Ya marker price i think can get below 650k, but if + legal fees, stamp duty etc. will be similar.

But then Lumira need to wait for 2 years, also extra interest to be paid during this period.

ya those 20x70 intermediate unit at bukit raja now is around that, if you are lucky can get around 610-620k (desperate seller) then + other cost will be around 650k

this is mostly due to the slab above the bathroom is leaking. mine also having this problem (older phase), now looking for contractor to repair. if your is under DLP then just submit the report to Sime.

Also if you don't mind, if you manage to meet the contractor, pls also help to get their contact and share here, as i need someone to repair the leak.
