Anyone start doing the lighting in house ? Looking forward quotation

I'm planning to do lighting this/next weekend. Probably have to go to Puchong for this.

The only concern for me is the ceiling fan for living and dining area. I wonder if can fit two 56" fan nicely or need to go for smaller 48" fan?

I've seen somebody doing full extension at the back. At Jalan Mahligai 4B if i'm not mistaken. You may go check it out.

There's also another house doing full extension at Jalan Mahligai 3C.
Saw it yesterday, but haven't manage to ask for a price.

Is there anyone who demolish the existing concrete basin and relocate the water point? Can share the cost?
Plan to remove the basin for my kitchen cabinet.

House fly infestation in saron area.. More than 20x house fly sighted though there is no food in house.. Just some construction waste..

I have checked few quotes for grill. Cheapest 3850. Powder coated / Mild Steel / 1 mm thickness.

Yup. For the past two days, it was really bad.

It is vr unusual situation as the area is still new.. Low habitation and low food waste.. I just dun understand why these house flies wanted to mangling around these area.. Haih
