Hi all. Great info you share here neonikson. Just read from page 1-25.
Secured a unit of Balista recently.
I just picked up tennis. Maybe we could play some day. happy.gif

Is there such payment?

Agent told Balista owners will get their key in Nov 2015, Latest December 2015.
Always 1 month before completion date (Jan 2016)

A town without hospital that's not a complete town.  When there is an emergency situation, if one can reach hospital in a shorter time, even just 5-10 minutes sooner, will make a big difference.
