Balista recently VPed, spoke to some of the renovation contractor, according to him the leakage problem reduced a lot compare to previous phase however he noticed that many houses car porch area still got water mark, any Balista owner can share your experience?

Balista owner here, rest assured there are minor defects only. Matrix came within 2 weeks to rectify the problem. Some other issues like doors unable to close properly have yet to be rectified due to sub-contractor. Spoken to neighbours and all, no major problems, some tiny cosmetic cracks on wall which is quite okay.

However, water pressure is a bit of a concern, below average for toilet sink as all the toilets are using the supply from the tank. The rest (kitchen sink and washing machine water pressure is great)

Hi Alvin,

Do they contact you after they have rectified the defect?
*
They didn't probably because I have another 2 complaints form.
What about you?

Hi BSS Neighbours, long time no see.
Matrix has resolved the low water pressure issue by changing the entire tap with larger water outlet. See picture below.
Water pressure improved from ~40% to 70%. Not too shabby. Usable.
As for shower head, nothing can be done, best to just use water heater with pump or install stand-alone water pump.
Imperfect tiles, crack lines were all rectified. Same goes to most Balista owners.
Cheers

Hi, you stay in BSS? how is the neighborhood? Is the occupancy high? Are there many people renting?
*
Peaceful. Friendly neighbours. Low occupancy for now, many still renovating. Rental yield >1k depending on furnished/unfurnished.
