Headache buying following options:
1.) local brand Joven JP200 seen RM130-RM170
2.) Panasonic TK-CS10 seen RM149.50 - RM180 - RM209 also got
3.) Doulton (made in England) supercarb/ultracarb ( cant remember which one already) with CTC casing RM288
4.) 3M - RM399
5.) Normal china made single/double filter : RM79.90-99.90 also got can change to ceramic filter and carbon.

Which one should I buy for 1-2 person usage. Outdoor already got one stainless steel filter but never been changed for >10years already.

Good sharing. eSpring lists out all 140 contaminants just to prove to consumers that the filter really can filter all those 140 contaminants. As other said no ppl will really list out all the contaminants they can filter or no ppl will care how much contaminants the filter can filter out. Just because most of the filter claims they certificate by which third party but sometimes it is not really. If they also list out the contaminants but failed to do so mayb they will bare the risk so they wont do this. Anyone can sue eSpring or NSF can just remove the certification if their claims are not true, it prove they deserved it.

Filter cannot filter out bacteria and virus no matter which type of filter, so the UV light take and important part of it. Knows that not everyone care about it, all is based on personal requirements and needed. Different ppl have different needed and willing to spend just like someone willing to spend for a BMW but someone just satisfied of their Myvi, its same thing.

The water filter not only stop at current stage, the research keep on going, they deserved it.

sry eSpring to expensive for my budget. I dont like MyVi but i rather choose other model. instead of paying AmWay agent the commision same like Diamond and others Coway or Cocoo
product.

I had just bought a panasonic tk-cs10, to replace my diamond(G1500). All my Diamond filter cartridge needs replacement, I don't wanna waste $ to replace all those, cos i saw many new models from other companies came out.. May i know if i connect any other filter prior or after this panasonic, to make the water better/safer/cleaner? I normally will boil it after filtration. My budget is below RM1k. This is a long thread, am sorry if i asked repeated questions, perhaps someone could pinpoint me to that topic, or just continue here instead?

My Joven used for 3years no change filter still drink with good taste. Due to CNY i changed to Panasonic water purifier TK-CS10 bought($127.5 after applying voucher $15) from Lazada Pana Shop seller from Klang. I saw Aeon or Aeon big all selling $209 and $189 accordingly which i then decided buy online which is cheaper. While Aeon Big MidValley selling Joven JP200 promo is until 22Feb for $128 with purchase and purchase its cartridge only $45(out of stock) i rather buy Lazada Panasonic TK-CS10 branded and function more well ma.... Easy to find its filter also on market.

Will receive this few days and install for my mother. Let see how it progress well in term of taste or removing odour...

Anyone has any idea how to install water filter for a Condo? The water meter room is too small for installation and the management prohibited that...Thanks

Modify the pipe to your unit on top of your entrance. Ask plumber.

Got a tankless water dispenser+ filter from SK Magic recently

As with other Koreans brands, probably overpaid for it but it's convenient and no drilling needed, sitting on top of our washer dryer.

So far so good.  whistling.gif

hi, anyone here using product from ChungHo?

Their Whi Caffe model come with ice maker, coffee maker for rm170/month

looks good too

ChungHo unable to fulfill customer requirements i.e. coffee bean that can only be ordered via their agent has never been arrived. In the end agent also end up switch herself to Coway due to too many complaints that making customer angry.
Better forgot about this brand as they terminated all new order until 31MAY2019. Starting next month no more this brand in market like Diamond i guess lol.

Considering to buy water filter for home use. After some research found Jik Soo Hyper. Really impressed with the design, however, it is tankless but comes with UV sterilization. Also, tubing is stainless steel inside. RM120 monthly. Anyone using this?? any advice/comment? Seems not very popular brand compared to cuckoo and coway.
*
Last month June it was RM95(contract five years, RM120 if contract 3 years with only free 1 year service) for Jik Soo Hyper promotion. It has back to RM120 rental started 01 JULY 2019.
This month promotion is Jik Soo Rich RM145 rental monthly and Jik Soo Rapi RM85 monthly rental.
Difference Jik Soo Hyper with Rapi is Hyper is using 304 stainless steel tube for its tankless while Rapi is only using food grade silicon for tubing. Rich model is can produce ice. All with UV.

Jik Soo hyper advantage is that it is tankless design and energy saving if compare to tank that tank design required boiling from time to time when it has gone down cold. I compared with cuckoo print top the design is good but only rose gold color and it is a bit expensive RM4800 outright purchase (three years free service) or two years free service with free 1 set of cookware. Coway excluded from this tankless topic as they don't have any tankless model.
+ RM600 +RM600 service each year. is actually RM6000. Compared to Jik Soo Hyper Rm95 rental x 60 months include service /warranty = RM5700. With the UV and sterilisation and it saves me back RM300.

Seem like Jiksoo better than the other brands. But I quite confuse about the renting package offer by all these water purifier. Is it better to have rental/installment package or one-off payment? Which have to consider the filter/material replacement and etc..
