In a nutshell:

eSpring - Water is treated using activated carbon and UV light, NSF certified 42, 53, 55 & 401

Coway - RO water. Clean by using 0.0001 micron membrane. Generally produce clean and waste water at ratio of 1:4. Not recommended by WHO. Link here.

Cuckoo - Alkaline water. No official medical proof that it improves health, which is the main selling point. Typically not focus on cleaning or treating water.

If that's the case, I guess only espring is the only option left right?

Espring dealers, pm me pls.
