QUOTE(dayalan86 @ Jun 22 2017, 12:56 PM) Thermo pot are a waste of money; the newer hot water dispensers can dispense boiling hot water under 3 seconds. We currently use this and save a lot on electricity. Same setup with me, undersink filter and instant hot water dispenser separately.Thermo pots are switched on for 24 hours in certain homes and constantly keep the water warm; which is why its a waste. My current setup is undersink filter and hot water dispenser separately; cold water store in fridge. Very convenient for me and family to make hot drinks. Most important is water is not reboil. QUOTE(mansooriqbal @ Jun 28 2017, 01:15 PM) Is Coway still good? Just read about the nikel case. Should I still use it? What did Malaysian Coway users do? Ask for refund ? Which model you are using? Not all models are affected.https://www.facebook.com/notes/coway-malays...92790014094146/ They claim it is not harmful to human body. |

QUOTE(hestati @ Sep 18 2018, 09:10 PM) 1 year. Aquaphor recommends 1- 1.5 years, but I would say do not push much over 1 year. Issue is that even with silver powder, Aqualeen etc, bacteria will eventually start growing inside the cartridges Do you mean all 3 cartridges should be changed every 1-1.5 years?Currently using crystal eco which come with 3 cartridges, 1 year+ already. |
