Hi. After getting some good reviews and testimonials here, I proceeded to buy the Aquaphor Eco from your shop a few months back. Only recently installed it.

Is there a non-scientific way to confirm if the installation was done properly? ie. I am drinking safe and filtered water? I guess if the tap water is really dirty, I could taste the difference. Other than that?

Most of the water filters are so expensive cutting throat nowadays    ...Now I get my RO water from the water bottles in super/hypermarket and boiled the water at home and i feel much cheaper.      1 box of 1.5liters I use per week and a month it's just cost me max 4 boxes of 1.5liters depending on brands and it's still cheaper than getting a water filter system.

Interesting to see Amway agent caution buyers not to buy eSpring filters which are out of warranty period. Indeed this is a very professional and honest advice from oyching88.
It reminds me of my brother's eSpring. The electronic board spoilt just 1 year after warranty period. The high repair cost just not justifiable to proceed with the repair and my brother didn't repair it and temporary use it without power up (no UV) until the lifespan of the cartridge ends.

IMHO, those electronic smart features, sensor, RFID, LED display are nice to  have but the bottom line is electronic being electronic, it will fail sooner or later. For budget conscious consumers, avoid plug-in water filter with electronic parts at all cost. The electronic smart chip is a pro for eSpring but at the same time,
a con for eSpring too.  Actually, to be more precise, the con is......... repair cost too expensive and no one else but Amway can repair it. Otherwise my brother would have repair it.

If your place water is in bad condition, where there also dont have POE water filter, your cartridge will be gone, this is the fact, if dont believe can try change to other filter which aso need filter maintenance and you will see the result. See the filter condition of above people post which only used 1 month for the Russia, if it continue to use 1 year then the effectiveness need to consider. If every 5 months need change filter for everyone, eSpring wont still stand there. All about the water condition of the area but not the filter, if the water is bad and the filter still can over 1 year, u need to worry about the effective function of the filter.

So do you think the eSpring really last for 5 months? Please send your eSpring to your agent send back for foc repair, this is the customer benefits. But there is no related to the water filter effectiveness and it function, if all of the eSpring is last only for 5 months then you may sue it, anything also have their defect unit, if amway company check that it is the defect, they will give back a fresh new unit without any sens of charge, this is the customers benefits.

I was wondering if 5,000 litres of the filter lifespan can be used up within 5 months (150 days) that will end up everyday you use more than 33.33 litres of water.

Assume your house got 10 persons, average per person can use 3.33 litres. Well pretty much make sense what.
As per daily recommended intake for adult is 3 litres of water per days.

i have this undersink, first filter is 1 micron, second is 5 micron CTO. at the faucet there connected to 3M water purifier.

i just installed this and ran the water for 20 seconds only, the first filter so fast became dirty, is that normal or my area water condition is extremely bad?

why there is bubble inside ? water pressure not enough? im pretty sure no leaking.

purpose to install this i want cleaner water even for dish washing, and to pro long the life of 3M water purifier. no outdoor filter, condo cannot install also not going to hack wall.

Cyst are in fact micro organisms that are much larger in size than bacteria, therefore many small micron filters are able to remove cyst.  MTBE is a chemical,,basically volatile compound, Methyl tert-butyl ether.
