Main question for the condo, do you have pipes exposed/accessible or hacking is required? Hacking can cost a lot!

No exposed pipes and I don't prefer hacking. The ceiling on top of the shower has a height of 45cm only - hence 3M AP902 is a no-go. I was adviced to extend the pipes down from the ceiling but even that I find it too much of a work (may consider this in future)

I read one of your earlier post on POE where we can install it as close as possible to the exit instead of the entry and decided to adopt this method. Bought 3 POEs to be installed under the kitchen sink (next to the existing DWS2500) and two bathroom basins. And a Philips KDF for the shower.

This is the existing cheap shower filter that I bought after my sister-in-law introduced me to the concept which I didnt knew existed. It turned this color within days - which prompted me to look into filters for the shower as well. The water runs clear and I had no idea it was so dirty.

I had also chatted with a management committee member after reading one of your post on epoxy pipeling - on whether it is possible (or is it too late) to use the method to "revive" the condo's pipes instead of hacking and changing.

Thanks! I was thinking about this actually - on how to connect the DWS2500 to the main water pipe, I'll check this out
