Both party all say different thing. Coway HQ sales person said that penang cody office now very aggressive and can sometimes threaten customer so that they continue the contract with them. Coway service person said now a lot of scammers try to pretend as Coway HQ. I show the Coway HQ documents with sign and everything to the service person and he said this is fake, scammers can now buy document from different coway department so they can scam people....

So unsafe these days? Think ill go back and boil water myself LOL
