Purchased already. Waiting to build now. Well for me distance wise is okay as my work is quite flexible in time. Did some research earlier before commit. The only i like on this project is because of the new location. The build up of the house also not bad for this phase that i choose. Accessibility wise to me is quite good. For now the concern is lack of commercial and necessity like groceries and foods places. As for the price wise, hoc does played some part of it. In PJ wise we cant really get this price for a big house. Mostly 22x74 which consists 2458 sqft i cant really find in PJ for the landed house. I guess in the end it still bound to affordability for us to purchase house to stay.

Hi Max, congrats! I also live in PJ but work in KL. Thinking of buying landed in Elmina and looking at Ilham 2. When is EG5 scheduled to complete? I was told that the mall will be ready this year but doesn't look like it. Main issue is the commute to work and DASH will only help partly as it doesn't connect to denai alam but somewhere in Kg Melayu Subang . I will follow this thread, hopefully some residents will tell you how the commute is...
