eco is eco grandeur? taking out other factors.... the only thing that EG1 have advantage is freehold....

Sime Darby very slow in developing commercial activities... you guys have to rely on saujana utama commercial activities for a very long time... in term of route to DP....
u have to drive to those roads to do actual comparison instead of just distance... the same 8km from EG1 to DASH may not be the same time taken compare from Eco to DASH exit.... not sure from EG1 to nearest DASH exit hows the route like... from eco to DASH exit is definitely a breeze... one straight road ahead til exit... maybe there's two or three traffic lights in between but not really any impact to the traffic after the whole persiaran mokhtar dahari road upgrades are done...

but has that plan still ongoing arh? until now din see any construction on that road... been passing buy alam budiman and going to setia alam from jalan paip... didnt see anything constructing....

not sure how much the DASH toll will cost once its completed though... if cheaper than GCE... then its better to purely use DASH as travelling.... during peak hours... doubt one will use kampung kubu gajah roads... very pengsan-ing kampung roads....

staying at project beside eco grandeur.... well to be fair.... from eco.... you can choose to go to work through other routes like LATAR or GCE too... of course with DASH completed... it is the best option for you... currently... there are not much jam on the way before DASH exit... the main jam of that road is actually starting after DASH exit.... hence why I mentioned it could be a breeze... with the new upgrades at the exit of PMD and nearby alam budiman area... i foresee it will be more efficient to cater for the increasing number of residents from puncak alam.... even the PMD part from EG to hillpark are also now on road expansion as well...

the problem now is from elmina road there maybe lesser changes but from EG to GCE exit its not a smooth passage also right.... if one need to share the main road to exit GCE with saujana utama... the jam from saujana utama to GCE exit at paya jaras is very scary in the morning....
