If u open your trip history there is a button there u can press to dispute.

Yes the code was applied sometime ago. I just decided to use it yesterday. Will put up the fare dispute from the app. Thanks.

Yup. Was successfully applied. Will contact uber Support. The weird part was that it recorded the trip as B6 Klia instead of mitsui. Maybe the GPS was not accurate.

Yes. I always put my destination in before I request. I feel its safer that way.

Yes i did enter Mitsui Outlet Park as my destination in the app but was still counted as a KLIA trip. I got down directly in front of Mitsui's entrance sommore. Anyway i have raised the fare review from the app on Saturday but no response from Uber yet.

Ops i have no issue at all, one could be different i entered the promote code on the computer.

Guys, the Mitsui Outlet Park is anywhere from KL? I don't think there's any issue of coming back because there's free shuttle bus to KLIA/KLIA2. Can easily take bus back to KL Sentral.

Anyway, I'm in need of code to travel to Aeon Mahkota Cheras area... I'm already an existing Uber user... Anything that I can use?
That area has no public transportation...

I miss my car... Really need to drive up to KL, cannot live without a car...

Fyi, the ubermitsui promo code is no longer valid as it has reached the maximum number of uses. That's the reason why I was charged going to Mitsui despite having the promo code registered. So pissing off. Why cant they tell us before hand? They didn't even state that it is subject to maximum number of X users. Feel cheated.
