Today I took uber to mitsui outlet park but I was charged rm90 despite keying the ubermitsui promo code. When I see the bill it says klia instead of mitsui outlet. Any idea what can I do to rectify this? Feel cheated by uber.

Yes the code was applied sometime ago. I just decided to use it yesterday. Will put up the fare dispute from the app. Thanks.

Yup. Was successfully applied. Will contact uber Support. The weird part was that it recorded the trip as B6 Klia instead of mitsui. Maybe the GPS was not accurate.

Yes i did enter Mitsui Outlet Park as my destination in the app but was still counted as a KLIA trip. I got down directly in front of Mitsui's entrance sommore. Anyway i have raised the fare review from the app on Saturday but no response from Uber yet.

is it applicable even for early morning ride? say 5am?

I think this is a isolated case.

While prices elsewhere are going up, we’re making it more affordable to ride to KLIA or KLIA2.  From now till 5 January 2016, the fare for all rides on uberX to or from KLIA/KLIA2 is RM75.
