Hi sifus here, my M3 will reach showroom tomolo. I will pay d cheque for d balance of downpayment. The SA told me need 3-4days to clear d cheque then onli can collect car, is tis the normal procedure r?

In my case I paid with banker's cheque and next day dealer registered my car with JPJ and I collect my car the day after that. Ask your SA if it is faster to pay by banker's cheque. There are fake banker's cheque around but they can always verify with bank.

Definitely check your car first before handing over the cheque. It's the only chance you have to reject it if necessary.

I did it another way , I pay my downpayment 1st . once I check my car. sign the delivery note then only call my banker to dispense money to them . (always hold something in your hand) or else SA will not layan you if u got any complaint.

Banker doesn't need your permission to dispense the money. Their letter of undertaking says they have to release the loan when the dealer gives them proof that the balance has been paid up and the car registered wuith JPJ in your name. Once the 2 conditions are fulfilled you cannot stop the loan also.

Bought mine from CarbonInMotion for RM1500 (Glossy black, comes in one set with the spoiler, installation and GST inclusive). Will report back on quality once I schedule installation.

So far, only Sri Ardin is willing to sell the kits separately from the spoiler. Asia Bodykiy is priced the highest last I checked, and CarbobInMotion is having a promo for the Merdeka/Malaysia Day celebration.

I received my Mazda3 last week. My first service 1,000km is due soon. Any recommendation place to service any Mazda Service Center within PJ area or TTDI? What i need to check on the first service. Do i need to book for a slot or can just walk in?

One more thing about the I-Stop function. I realised that when the gear is in "Parking mode" and the car doesn't move, the RPM indicator does move any level below 1. Hence, the I-Stop doesn't switch on. I came to a conclusion that I-Stop will be activated when only the car is "Neutral mode" and the car does not move, the I Stop function will be activated. Is it normal?
