I don't get the point of trying to play video on the screen. nowadays we are talking about fhd and qhd, but the screen is not even 720 resolution.

I understand that manufacturers consider playing video on screen as a dangeros distraction while the car is moving.

my question to PorcupineZ  and to u, is why the heck would u play videos on a screen which does not even have 720 resolution, let alone fhd or qhd? maybe u guys are tech luddites who are still using Samsung s3 or iPhone 4.

So dilemma I'm choosing high end or gl unit. Hmmm

Can choose gl specs but opt for 18 inch sports rim?  If yes , how much to top up?

once or twice give tips to the potential buyers still okay

Just tested both Mazda 3 & cx5 2.0 high spec. Surprisingly cx-5 quite underpower and bumpy/goyang alot on federal hwy due to height and weight. Decided to go for Mazda 3. Much more powerful, stable and fun to drive..overall good except for smaller rear leg room & slightly louder tyre noise.will go for GL instead for a more comfortable n quiet ride. Overall M3 still better compared to civic,altis and preve that I tested before.

Quick question. My sa ask me to pay the full deposit amount. Then he will arrange to release car from PDI. If I pay full then the car got issue how? Can someone tell me what's the procedure? Pay down-payment after inspection or inspection after down-payment?

If we purchase car now and assuming waiting period for car is 2 months, that means we will get the car end of November. This consider year end car and now there are no real discounts, is it recommended to wait til January? Any advice? Thanks

Me too upgraded from 3yrs old persona to this m3 gl spec.. Yes n I have to agree that the nvh for m3 is not good.. especially the road noise, imho persona even have better road noise nvh.. but other than road noise, engine noise n wind noise are definitely much better, same goes to overall ride n handling n performance. This m3 is just so smooth!

The SA say cannot if i dont pay downpayment they cant deliver the car to me..Said its standard procedure.

Hi M3 CKD owners. After getting my M3 HS for 3 months, i have been monitoring my FC everytime i repump full tank.

I am averaging 9.7l per 100km for purely city driving only.. Drive slowly, minimum load (driver only), hardly rev RPM high, and normal city drive with minor traffic.. not really major traffic and even use ISTOP everytime.

Based on full tank there are 4 quarters in total in the fuel gauge. I realise im always getting on average:
Q4 = 150km
Q3 = 75 km
Q2 = 75km
Q1 = 75km

Hence i usually get less than 400km on a full tank of petrol @ 9.7l per 100km which is not what i expected.

Currently at 2700 km mileage already.

Any owners can comment on my FC or share similar stats for same city driving exp?
Im quite dissapointed with the FC and want to know if its normal or something not right with my ride.

i am considering new altis n volkswagen jetta (something within my budget)....suddenly came across mazda 3 which made my mind explode....

well mazda 3 is not that bad after all...only issue i notice is, the rear passenger seat is quite narrow and understand that the RV is low...

im from jb btw n visited mazda near permas.

Thus far either altis or mazda 3 would be my favorite and having hard time to choose....
any good samaritan can recommend something here??
i need real suggestions why i should consider mazda compared to altis??
is really RV important (cause toyota RV should be better than mazda...i guess)??

cause im seriously thinking of changing my existing vehicle by end of this year.

I opted for reflex blue. Car arrived at showroom this afternoon. As I requested to inspect car before they register the car, thus SA called and let me do some inspection first. Upon arrival I quickly noticed there are 2 tone colors on bumper and body.   

Now I still considering whether want to accept the car or not.. SA advice is if want fast car, then switch to other color. Else, gonna wait at least 3 weeks, or more than that for next batch.

To me, all colors are nice on Mazda 3. Just personal preference are more towards Aluminium Metallic and Reflex Blue..   

Had a short discussion with family and they agreed to switch to Aluminium. I also came across this idea, claim a respray but I think it is like a gambling.. It may come out nice and matched the colors but may also become worst.. 

So, give up liao.. Doesn't feel like want to go for so much hassle for a new car..

Hi all M3 owners here.. I test drive M3 HS last few week and noticed the tyre noise is awful loud especially from rear side.. The SA said GL spec would much lesser the noise.. Do u guys really can accept the tyre/road noise?? is it GL much lesser the tyre noise due to high profile tyre..
