What a sneaky telco. You can try to submit report to MCMC, even better if you include screenshots of the app showing your line is active during the port out request. No choice you have to ensure the line is active and resubmit port out again.

I think from Biru to Kuning is just like port out from Celcom to Digi. The telco merge, but network operation still follow respective celcom and digi.

Go to Aduan MCMC website and lodge a report detailing how Digi rejected your port out. They will get Digi to call you

You should lodge the report with MCMC first. Select Digi as the port out rejection clearly not from Celcom. If possible, try give Digi a call and tell them off you are lodging a MCMC report for the port out problem, so they will try their best to expedite.

Telco will not give discount if you are still under contract. They rather you pay penalty 700+ or finish the contract. Without settling the contract, Celcom will reject your port out.
If you still want to port out, go Celcom and settle all the contract sum.

No such rules. The staf is just boolshitting to achieve his sales KPI. You can either do the MNP online, or go to a different centre.
Have to be very firm on your stance otherwise they will try to push postpaid plan.

No, you can port in from postpaid to prepaid of your choice. I have one of my number ported from Maxis postpaid to TuneTalk last year.

9- Now waiting for Digi to properly port out our request.

*On fibre account I asked to cancel contract and then downgrade from 1Gbps to 100Mbps, Digi store said can done need to pay RM50 to cancel contract and did the downgrade. Said to follow up with Digi ticket in app. Now the AI replied cannot downgrade then when I explained what Digi store said then got reply said to escalate further need to wait.

For your case, must remember the following:
Digi fibre or what ever fibre has 24 months contract. You must use for 2 years before you can terminate. Early termination for fibre plan you need to pay the remaining months. There is no such thing as you want to cancel contract.
During the 2 years period, you can upgrade but cannot downgrade plan. After 2 years you can change to lower plan but usually will renew another 2 years contract.
