Does Friendi send a confirmation SMS to MNP out from their network? The Friendi customer service worker said no and just wait for the Friendi sim card to become unknown.
That doesn't seem right to me.

Edit- Ported out successfully within 2 days. No sms confirmation sent at all, sim card just became unregistered.

Contact umobile & ask the reason

Some of reason are credit not active, name/ic not same during 1st registration

Guys, I have just done the MNP for my mobile number from Umobile to xoxone.

I'm working at Singapore and I can't seems to receive the tac codes after the MNP is successful. Is this normal?

My account is having RM 0.00 credit, will this be the problem I'm not receiving the codes? I tried to reload my xoxone with online banking/credit card but I cant proceed on the verification because it requires the tac codes.

Anyone came across and advise what to do to solve this problem?
