Guys, I have just done the MNP for my mobile number from Umobile to xoxone.
I'm working at Singapore and I can't seems to receive the tac codes after the MNP is successful. Is this normal? My account is having RM 0.00 credit, will this be the problem I'm not receiving the codes? I tried to reload my xoxone with online banking/credit card but I cant proceed on the verification because it requires the tac codes. Anyone came across and advise what to do to solve this problem? |
