You're jumping into conclusion very fast there. What if it's like 20-30 hours long just on Midgar. It's base on the original game but it doesn't mean it can't be longer in terms of gameplay.

Just asked Yoshinori Kitase how many games are going to be in the Final Fantasy VII remake - he said he can't say yet "because we don't know ourselves."

I already can foresee he will say that, they have too many contents need to design, CGI and every detail.

Well because preorders are a bad practice that can be abuse easily. You are paying full price upfront when the product is not finished.

Take the famous Anthem for example, trailer looks amazing but end product like shiet. If everybody preorder, they basically made a profit or break even before they even finish the game .

they do not need to crack their head over FF series as i dont see they do brilliant job with FF15. They can continue to build FF7 on the upcoming years. We yet to see Yuffie, Vincent, Red XIII, Cid and Highwind.

You can actually expect a delay for the game as well. Personally I don't care much if it's delayed. Cyberpunk is just less than a month after FF7 remake release date is, and there is like other games to play as well around the release date.

I'm sure they gonna put in a lot of filler quests in Midgar just to pad up the play hours

TBH FF15 is the worst FF that I played. If they build the world same like FF15, is gonna take a long time until I am old to be completed. Knowing that the 1st release gonna be Midgar only worries me.

Just don't pre-order, wait until reviews are out at least and decide.
I also don't know if I want to buy or not, but I know good things comes to those who wait.. if you wait long enough you get the complete game, at a cheaper price.. Just have to wait a long time
