for aeon big, just use your grocery cc to reload at any counter.

for aeon, many outlets are using grocery mcc at the customer service. use your grocery cc to buy vouchers there. for example, ioi puchong.

it's called aeon big gift card. you can only use it at any aeon big. you may purchase one at aeon big counter sold in rm10, rm50, rm100, etc. then you may reload any amount into it. there is no portal to monitor transactions. you can only check the balance from the receipt after each purchase. the amount in your gift card has an expiry of 1 year. but after each reload, the whole amount will be extended by 1 year following your latest reload date.

don't worry, it only happens at aeon big subang jaya. i went to many other aeon big and there is no such issues.

yes, reloading will not incur any charges. you reload rm100 and you get rm100.

if you follow my complaint posts in hlb wise thread, you will know. basically this double charge thingy happens when the first swipe of your cc showing declined/failed in their terminal. after the second time the cashier swipe your cc, you will receive 2 sms alert for your swipes, and finally got it posted when you receive your statement. one suspicious thing is that one of this double swipe will get posted in 1-2 days from your transaction date, but the other will get posted 4-5 days later. i experienced it 4 times recently. usually the swipe that declined/failed (which do not have the slip signed by you) should be dropped, but for this aeon big, they will just simply post it after 4-5 days later.

unless you pay via ibg to citibank but using your aeon cc number. that would cost you 11 cents only.

if you plan for migration, no neee to apply watami cc already lah.

aeon credit centre at aeon bandaraya and dataran pahlawan already have the payment counter, so no need the cdm machine la.

i went few branch that don't have the payment counter so they have the cdm machine instead. but when the machine is spoiled, nobody can pay at that branch, so the branch became useless.

if aia can use pbb aia cc. others ocbc ge or hlb essential.

how about the save button? save it first then print from the file that you saved.

in its t&c stated it covers all transaction no matter you spend on what, spend at where, and spend during when, and the cb is unlimited.
