One of the largest Aron Malls in Malaysia - wow!!!

Hi, AEON very agressive ah? 1.2mil GFA is big but nilai got crowd growth to support such mall?? No AEON in the area now right?

AEON seems like confident with the "sibeh far and ulu" place such as Negeri Sembilan...

If together with the one in Senawang, AEON shall have total 3 branches (Seremban 2 + Senawang + Nilai) in Negeri Sembilan alone...

That's my thought as well - will it manage to pull enough crowd
How strong is the student market to support?

Perhaps they hope to target neighborhood areas such as Bangi, Bandar Seri Putra, Semenyih and Mantin...

Afaik, Aeon has been successful to ong the surrounding properties. That indeed will be good if the track record continues to repeat in Nilai and Senawang

Hope Aeon forgone plan built the small mall at Sibeh Ulu Beranang and shift the mall ( add the size) it to not so ulu Nilai

I think this mall will do WELL due to nilai not having any shopping malls now, many universities (5 at least) & growing local population

Putra Nilai is fairly near to Nilai Impian, since AEON already decided to started their mall here, pretty sure AEON won't build another one in Nilai Impian..

Nilai now already have Tesco, Giant and AEON now, if there will be another mall in Nilai Impian, perhaps would be the Mydin / Aeon big mall though..

That location is flood area. The building design is important to minimize the impact of flood. Tesco's building design address the issue as use the ground floor as car park.

People in nilai , salak tinggi, enstek go to aeon mall seremban2 nowadays. Good la open 1 in nilai. One of the biggest at that!

Still feel KB very undeveloped but their mall will do OK la, expect big crowds initially..

Yeah, if accoding to normal practise by AEON, NLA should be around 55-60% of GFA, around 650k sqf... AEON tebrau has an area of about 30 acres (1.3 mil sqf), with 690k sqf NLA..

Dunno about the actual land size. However with the gross floor area of about 1.2million sqf, the land should not be small...

lots of projects in salak tinggi rite now..paramount juz bought land from NCT and they will develop residential units..OIB still has on going projects that will finish in 2-3 years..so expect salak tinggi population will boom in 5 years time

This mall should cater for Nilai and Sepang area. Current situation is, nearest mall is either in Putrajaya or Seremban. I would say most would go to Putrajaya.

Heck, I have not completed window shopping in that new IOI mall.

I doubt Semenyih people will go to Nilai.....I for one never go to Nilai.....11+ years already I stay in Semenyih only twice I go to Nilai.....that also go visit factory for a short while, for a few minutes only.....not shopping.

Aeon must faster, faster come to Semenyih now, then only cun.....must build shopping mall with cinema, amusement centre, video game arcade and over 2 million square feet of retail space......must beat the one in Nilai......must also beat IOI Mall Putrajaya too!

I also never go to the Balakong or Mahkota Cheras one.....both too small!!
