This mall should cater for Nilai and Sepang area. Current situation is, nearest mall is either in Putrajaya or Seremban. I would say most would go to Putrajaya.
Heck, I have not completed window shopping in that new IOI mall. |

I doubt Semenyih people will go to Nilai.....I for one never go to Nilai.....11+ years already I stay in Semenyih only twice I go to Nilai.....that also go visit factory for a short while, for a few minutes only.....not shopping.
Aeon must faster, faster come to Semenyih now, then only cun.....must build shopping mall with cinema, amusement centre, video game arcade and over 2 million square feet of retail space......must beat the one in Nilai......must also beat IOI Mall Putrajaya too! Nilai to far away from KL and PJ and I even doubt Semenyih or Cheras folk will goto Nilai. Xiamen university is located in such an ulu place, you will only probably see Big Foot and Chupacabra's there. Better for Xiamen and any foreign future university (especially Chinese, Taiwan, US, UK, Austrailia, Canada or New Zealand) to be located in Broga, Semenyih.

ERL is just at doorstep to go to KL Sentral or KLIA. Broga or Semenyih is not that near to KL too. Maybe for cheras and kajang folks. A proper, recognised brand hotel at last. Quite surprising considering its a Sheraton. Should do well due to no other similar hotels around Nilai. Can also aim for events and conferences by various colleges and universities nearby.

I guess the target market can be for the universities surrounding Nilai to hold their functions at the hotel. Also for the companies within nilai/salak tinggi/kota warisan area. This area dont have any well known branded hotel so far. There is possibility to tap the airport market IF they are willing to provide shuttle transport service to KLIA. |
