Hope the apartment is OK.

Quite unsure when doing the reservation via airbnb, however since the rate in kyoto is super peak, no choice lo..

I rather save the budget for food and onsen ryokan. hehe

is there anyway to buy Universal studio ticket in advance when i am in japan?

Browsing their official website, seem either i have to queqe for sameday ticket in their ticket booth or i need to buy from the travel agency in malaysia..

Actually i m still undecided yet, whether to visit Disneyland (went once) or USJ or doing both.
I m travelling with my 2 year old girl.. so most likely we wont be able to enjoy those roller coster/4D attraction.

i reroute my KL-NRT to KL-HND (a day earlier), so basically plan is not affected, just need to pay for extra accommodation for the 1st night

I m looking at park royal haneda hotel..it's link to the airport.
Our 1st destination is to kawaguchiko lake, few question here:

1. The easiest way to travel from haneda to Kawaguchiko station is via Keihin bus right?
(instead of take train to shinjuku then to kawaguchiko by bus)
2. Can we reserve the bus ticket online? or I need to buy it from Bus Ticket Sales Counter in haneda? what time the sales counter close?
3. is there any toilet in the bus?

Travelling with small kid, nervous @__@

thanks in advance

Cash better than credit card in Japan. In Europe they prefer CC.

In Eruope even you buy a 1 euro stuff at Convenient Store also can used CC

Places like shinkansen ticket office, disneyland and 3 star above hotels do accept CC. The exchange rate imposed by our local money changer  is higher than the imposed by CC. At the same time, some CC will give rebate and/or reward points.

thanks for the info. I will confirm again with the hotel again regarding the payment option.
Getting excited with the upcoming trip on november.. Hope i can have a nice view on Fuji-san with the autumn koyo in kawaguchiko lake.. drool.gif

will spend 2 days 2 night in kawaguchiko.. looking for most suitable pass available.

not going to use the fujigoko enjoy ticket as we will depart from haneda to kawaguchiko instead of shinjuku.

come throught this websitehttp://www.fujigoko.co.jp/kawaguchiko/pass.html

is this the pass cover most of the bus around the kawaguchiko lake and free admissin to.attraction mentioned or just discount? (sorry cant understand japanese here)

do it cover the cable car and ferry as well?
i plan to have my trip in kawaguchiko in a slow pace.. just hope can see the perfect fuji view during my 2 days stay during this nov

will recharge in the royal park haneda overnight before the trip..
bus terminal easy to find? i guess i need to explore the hotel night before to avoid sesak in the early morning..
Haneda 24 hours airport right? so should have no problem to have the breakfast before the bus, isn't it?

Haneda are 24 hour but 90% of restraurant are not. Only few are 24 hour such as Mcdonald. Haneda International Terminal are small compare to T1 and T2.  Bus stop are all at Ground Floor.

It was good practise. Learn area around you and save time.

You can have food in bus but smell cannot be strong. Most breakfast are hot food and smell are strong....Strongly not advisable eat at bus.

One more thing are since early bus means you will sleep in bus, before you lowering your seat must must must get permission from Passenger seat behind you.

so many museum in kawaguchiko... which one worth to visit ya? blush.gif

initial plan (D1)
-arrive early around 10am, will leave luggage around ryokan
-Oishi park - natural living centre
-Momoji corridor (lunch at local food stall, the stall open during lunch?)
-may spend time in one or two nearby museum.. not sure which one though, my 1st choice is music forest museum, any other thought?
-then going back ryokan to rest

D2
-Breakfast in ryokan
-Mount Tenjo ropeway (round trip)
-Sight-seeing boat
-lunch -? hoto noodles? or any recommendation
-Kawaguchiko Monkey Performance theater
-any other suggestion?

D3 - plan to check out after breakfast+ onsen, then going back to tokyo

i am looking at other places but give up due to various reason
- Oshino Hakkai (difficult to assess)
- Fuji Q (too thrilling for my kid, she may enjoy the thomas the train thou)
- Chureito Pagoda (too much hiking)
