CoreTemp should show more accurate temperature...but based on Speedfan Temp2, 38C seems reasonable temp...

c2d e6600's stock HSF mounted on Pentium D 930 @ 3.6Ghz idle 53 load 77
Pentium D 930 @ 3.6Ghz with self stock HSF idle 44 load 65 HSF from PD spins at 2700 - 2900 rpm on idle and increase to almost 4000rpm at full load, where as c2d e6600 spins 1600 rpm idle and 2300 load. The fan on the left is PD and c2d is on the right. Notice the fin design and count are different. Both operates at different ampere; 0.28A on PD and 0.6A on my c2d http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/8885/dsc00433yj4.jpg This post has been edited by VT-Ten: Jul 10 2007, 01:31 PM |
