Can't believe some ppl feel sad the max rebate is reduced to RM50. Given the fact that banks are reducing benefits every where this is still good. Be thankful guys.

Honestly speaking, I have no idea why many ppl opt to get a higher credit limit which exposes yourself
to a higher risk of credit card fraud case. Any advice?

Yup for emergency cases. And sometimes I do have to go outstation, and have to buy flight tickets and hotels on my own first, before being reimbursed by the company.

And high credit limit for PB card is useful for balance transfer purposes. I usually convert any expenses above 1k into 12 months and 24 months instalment. I do have the money to pay all the expenses, but I keep it in FD and unit trusts in the mean time. smile.gif. Get to earn some extra money.

And I set sms notification to rm1 for all my cards. So in case of fraud, I would know right away.

Hmm, how does the bank calculate the exposure? . I've heard from friends before that they take a certain percentage from the CC limit. Is that true?

I am.not so sure.....but according to a fren work in mortgage loan....credit limit in cc is form of money u can access anytime therefore they will consider the miNimum payment of ur total credit limit if fully ultilise as ur monthly commitment.

Example.ur credit limit is 100k and if fully ultilised means one month u need to pay rm1500 minimum payment.....this rm1500 will deducted from 60% of ur monthly net income and the balance only used to calculate ur monthly affordability

Ur monthly income net is 10k. Then use 6k minus 1.5k left 4.5k to serve ur monthly repayment. Means ur loan monthly repayment cannot More than rm4.5k

Please be informed that with effect from 20 July 2015, our PB Visa Signature Credit Cardmembers enjoy complimentary 3x access to Malaysia Plaza Premium Lounge in a year without condition. Meanwhile, we have advised the relevant department to update the information at PBe.
Hi, just noted this change of T&C. I have done a few times of access to PPL with this card so far this year, each with >5x overseas transaction. May I know if I'm still eligible for the 3x free access this year based on the new T&C?

Thanks

Yup, call up CS to ask and do share here. My guess is that the 3x counter starts from the effective date.
