how to know which transaction is eligible for cash back ? i have history of monthly credit 5k but the rebate only 55.02, not even cap of rm 60.

don't have the card (yet) but I suspect if you look at your rewards points earned you can guess.

rebate = no points
point= no rebate

Then, we still can try paying some others non utility bills e.g. Municipal bills, Streamyx etc... Hehe
