Dota 2 and FaceIT CSGO Pings, Singapore server also high?

I'm having Maxis Home Broadband 10mbps. My CSGO pings for normal servers are fine. 40 ping while my unifi friends are getting 5ms. FaceIT however is 100~120 ping. Then Dota is 70~80ms? Can i get this resolved? It's quite annoying to have these pings when it's singapore servers.

I've got the same problems as well for dota2 and Faceit for CS:GO. it just keeps spiking or it will have constant 100-200 ping
