the free hold title + close to mrt doesnt worth the prices.
max 700psf for it.
and this orando developer not a good developer , doesnt care about reputation, only think of fast earn money.

rental play only at Office tower area, private University college, expatriates stay area. appreciation need yrs to achieve a small %, only the last few yrs is exception.
so dont expect more, expect more and fast is not in property investment. go for forex, stock
