Heard that PV MIRA gonna launch in November.
Two versions:
1. Launch as per usual. Even you file to court, if the construction hits 2C/2D, you cant do anything.
2. Do piling in order to claim more compensation from DBKL. You are the one who gives me permission to build, and now you need to pay me back if you want to stop me.
I think those who protest against that project should really do a reality check. Two versions:

Are they hoping that DBKL will come swooping in and cancel it FOC? If DBKL can't do it, file the lawsuit against the developer themselves and they incur the legal costs to see this through?
I'd bet you that they won't pursue via the latter method. Even the Save Taman Desa coalition just continue to protest without taking the extra step to sue the developers planning to develop their land plots.
Oh, and what about the Save Taman Rimba Kiara group? Lost the lawsuit against YWP regarding Pavilion Tmn Tun but still insist they're in the right. Continue protesting it and want the project totally cancelled, citing some corruption allegation that have yet to surface even after many months braying about it.
As for me, I will never support any move to simply cancel under-con project which are bound to involve ratepayers' monies paid to DBKL on a twice yearly basis as compensation to these affected developers should there be any lawsuit arising from that.
