I believe Block C & D, which are nearer to the htc, was launched sometime last year. Should still have a lot of units there.
Blocks A & B, depends on your luck if there are still available units.

There's also showroom in the construction site with actual units, but you need to ask the agent or staff to bring you in.

The price for block C is about RM800K nett price for 2 bedrooms, is it fair price? At 15% rebate.
RM800K for 750sf.. more than 1000psf, better buy Mira..
