standard non inverter pana r410a 1hp with std installation and 5 years waranty for indoor and outdoor unit at RM 1350. Good deal?

expensive maybe becoz of the warranty.
RM 1200 with 2 years indoor and 5 years outdoor warranty.
then add rm 150 to extend the indoor warranty to 5 years.

I'm plan to install 1 unit air-conditioner at PPR Kerinchi Bangsar. It is for the dining and living as per layout below (24'x10'). For your info, this house is purely virgin. Don't have any point for the air conditioner or power supply. Appreciate your advise on :

1. HP required to ensure it can cover that area
2. Brand and type recommended
3. Cost including installation fees
4. Any recommended supplier

how often do you guys clean/service ur room aircon? i got mine cleaned like 5 months ago and now its not that cold anymore. full blast everynight and yes i cleaned the net from the unit but doesnt help

after few consideration, i think going for Daikin non inverter 1.5Hp, Ecoking RM 1420 include installation, is it good deal? i dun know la why all recommend me non inverter may b melaka not much Technician know how to fix after sales for inverter.... or should i go for Panasonic non inverter with Econavi?
