I have gone through the post but need help in terms of the hp for my aircond. Tried calculating it but gut feeling says otherwise...

Living hall until dining: 2.0hp non inverter. (is it enough?)
MasterBedroom: 1.0hp inverter. (is it enough hp because i have a walkin wardrobe so not sure the walkin can get cold)
Bedroom 2: 1.0hp non inverter (parents's room. no need aircond so much)
Bedroom 3: 1.0hp inverter. (baby's afternoon play room and nap room, mostly on more than 6hrs, facing noon sun)

Hi all members,need some advice. My room is 15'6" x 15'3" , ceiling height appox 9' . Was thinking either to use 1.5hp or 2hp. My choice is pana deluxe .

My aircon is now no longer cool and has louder whirring sound. It used to be cold (I mean, it is as per the temperature we set), and the sound is very slow.

I periodically clean the filter from dirt, but no impact now.

What would be the problem?

Is this labor charges fair:

1) Concealed piping per point for 1-2HP up to 10 feet - RM200
2) Installation for 1-1.5HP - RM150
3) Installation for ceiling cassette for 2-2.5HP - RM400

About 1400 square feet

wow...you need like 9 HP to get sufficient cooling.

Just wondering if anyone is using Panasonic Sky series? I heard from the air con installer that this model got many problems. Mainly due to many electronic sensors and they are lack of experience. My question is does the air con less reliable than the conventional Panasonic inverter air con?

Just installed new Pana 2hp inverter air cond at living room, n applied the Diaso external air filter on the ori filter. I notice got water dripping from the outdoor compressor. Does it consider normal ? Or should I remove the Daiso air filter ? 

im also experience the same..the water drip happen near the side where the piping from AC to compressor connected..

btw, 1st time using AC, when should i service my panasonic AC?
Call their service centre or any AC shop can do?

I'll snap some photos when i got home. For now, just for reference, I found a photo from internet that roughly show the "hole" i mentioned, just the size n the location of the "hole" are slightly different. Not sure what's the purpose of it, is it really for the water to pouring out ???
