I believe launch 1 block still ok, 2 blocks at a time is harder to digest. The plan is to go parallel with SCM Phase 2. But still at a price tag of RM600k, better get Bdr Rimbayu IJM Land icon_rolleyes.gif

Should be first time buyer 4% + 2% payable to introducer, existing buyer gets 8% or 9% (if accumulated purchase of SPS properties exceed 3 mil)

That's quite possible. SEG is currently offering 16+4%. Isle of Kamares 3 storey condo (4 units each floor), which I'd say as super low density, is currently priced at about $500 psf nett.

That's the original package when they launched Kamares. Still have plenty of units left if u r interested.

I sweat the banks who are giving out loans to this kind of deal, seriously. If the buyer qualifies 90% loan and that banks lend on the s&p price, essentially people can get cash back. The risk of write down on such loan is worth thinking twice.

16% + 4% is for existing SPS buyers if I recall correctly.
Non SPS repeat buyers oni get 16% + 2%.
Correct me if im wrong.

Kamares is a very attractive project.
