I guess its quite normal as a neighbourhood mall. Mostly quite during weekdays.but its good enough for people that living nearby 

not ppl prefer landed....

its just priced out of market.

so what next to scm????? no light trains, not enuf commercial.......who wants to pay premium being live next to SCM now?

distance is irrelevant in this contact. Nearest is parkson there at jln meru. jamx3 already need 20-30minutes from SCM....during peak hours.......I think....or longer.

think also high supply of midcost apartment in setia Alam with basic pool etc.

quite alot... if you drive around setia alam northern side further outskirt... but no pool or guard house la.... but the finishing is decent.... and good size plus low density.... and yea... ppl still prefer a landed in SA either go for landed or just buy a mid cost apt....

dunno whether you guys realised....beside the land sold to PKNS and associate companies or related companies which are 50% bumi quote, and all mid-low and mid cost apartments are 50% bumi quote.....all setia landed doesn't have bumi quote.

Its the policy...not so much on who can afford or not.
