if not mistaken, fully sold out during the Triple A promotion.
maybe still have 1 or 2 corner units.
best check with the sales office.

Setia Alam vs. Cyberjaya, both has their pros and cons, a matter of preference.

the Isle of Kamares design, it looks more like a 3 storey townhouse to me due to it's super low density. SEG Liu Li Garden superlinks mostly sold out, probably still left 2-3 corner units. Lepironia West Gardens semi-ds about 50-60% sold. The rest of the semi-ds in the "island" still left a few units.

Let's have more discussion about SEG at it's dedicated thread. This is Setia City thread after all.... blush.gif

I also wondering..
they must provide premium or unique facility, otherwise how to justify the high maintenance fee rates

how much d maintenance fees? las time ppl used to buy apartment near their hse fr d kido,nowadays all holding back! Csdarkjedi, i think there wasnt a hype at all lor..

now not sure still any unit left. that was in early Oct.

u can check with sales office. they should have already increase the price, and give higher rebate

very bad... from visual estimation of the sales chart, maybe less than 25% take up rate..
Most preferred is Bella typeB pool view, almost taken.. the rest of units are left untouched.

700psft its very steep for this location and this economy climate..

after rebate 600psf is nt as bad as parque residen in kuala langat super high dense.. either both cnt jalan fr investment n ownstay prefer setia city due to btr loc n mall..

every mall is like that, even u go to mid valley weekdays especially working hour there is less people go, every mall usually getting many people as weekend. SCM at weekend i perform well and i canot deny it.
