but yea, i do get my desired resistance. but after i switch it back on from off, it jumps each time, sometimes even when not removing the tank from the mod. but this difference can mean a huge diff in the vape. its like on one side u get a nice vape, full on flavor n vapor, and the other side its just nothing, not a dry hit. but like very minimal vapor.

it auto detects bro. they claim, and i quote from the manual: "first box mod and the only one with constant temp control function on the market currently. has most accurate temp control fuction so it can fire on exact set temperature...automatically check temperature 1000 times/sec to keep it accurate and prevent the coil short-circuited"

im suspecting probably the chip is just way too sensitive. 

EDIT: forgot to add this. it does have a 'memory' function sorta thing whereby when u remove the tank n put it back, it will ask u whether u wana use the previous setting (memory) or set a new one. but sometimes the function to choose doesnt appear at all   

This is a problem on the inhouse chip makers. Just like the smok m80 lol. Lucky now they finally start building good and working ones like the evic VT.

maybe try check ECF for thread that is particular for your device. Maybe ur missing out something
