Liverpool sack coach
Another True RED axed

So it was Mike Marsh's fault that we end up in 6th. Great thinking FSG

The season review took 2hours, two hours to get to the bottom of things. The discussion, KPI, what went wrong for a great club like Liverpool TOOK only two hours. (As reported)

Though I'm sure it was shorter if you take in account, the tea lady pouring tea, opening the power point, flipping 360pages of Rodgers new seasons dossier, a few laughters on how we got rid of the massive Steven gerrards salary (what a load of wages) rolleyes.gif

Two hours for the whole seasons review...and we got mike marsh ass. How much really was talked of the chosen one Brendan Rodgers performance as manager??

Apparently never in a question, not at all. Rodgers haters, pls go tapau sweat.gif sweat.gif

And 2nd news of transfers signing filtering in

QUOTE
The signing of Danny Ings is to be confirmed in a matter of days. (Chris Bascombe) ‪#‎lfc‬

When this is finalized, it's 2 of 2 on signings that I predicted since last year since has materialized .

QUOTE(cherroy @ Jun 5 2015, 11:21 AM)
Just like in company, the one able to sweet talk the best, a lot of time tend to be liked by the boss...  whistling.gif

If the season review verdict can be "sweet talk" as positive outcome, it is something we need to learn a lot from the manager, it may help our career in climbing up the company hierarchy.  tongue.gif

Spent more than 100 mil, finishing 6th, loss 6-1 one of worst defeat on many decades, problem in scoring,
for ordinary folks, may be grilled severely in the interview session and struggling to find an excuse or reason to explain to the board member,
and yet the manager can turn the tide as a "positive" season review, which is amazing.
*
Lu orang semua lupa, Rodgers is a media darling. Despite being at a loss on how to steer Liverpoolfc last season, this Rodgers is very good, savvy at presentations.

Damn, if the English league title was just sweet talk, Liverpool will have bag the long awaited league trophy.

Someone wrote, of course must be positive. Dejan lovren played so badly, the lowest, it can only GO up.

Other positives that may be in Rodgers season review

We score, all our forwards score less than burnleyfc's Danny Ings, it can only GO up. (We are about to confirm ings signing anyway). That's also a positive. thumbup.gif

We may get half of what we paid for Mario Balotelli, hey, that's a positive! thumbup.gif

We are getting offers for (that shitty boy) sterling for a lot lot money than what we got him for, hey that's a positive thumbup.gif

I'm sure there are more thumbup.gif

Please add thumbup.gif

QUOTE
from reports that first-team coach Mike Marsh is to leave Liverpool this summer, it seems assistant manager Colin Pascoe will also depart.

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK - Wednesday, July 16, 2014: Liverpool's manager Brendan Rodgers and assistant manager Colin Pascoe before a preseason friendly match against Brøndby IF at Brøndby Stadion. (Pic by David Rawcliffe/Propaganda)

Reports earlier on Friday had suggested that Pascoe, and goalkeeper coach John Achterberg, would keep their jobs after the club had decided not to renew Marsh’s contract this summer.

The first reports of Pascoe also leaving the coaching staff emerged on Friday afternoon.

The Welshman, famed for wearing shorts no matter the weather, joined Liverpool alongside Brendan Rodgers three years ago, following the Northern Irishman from their time at Swansea City together.

“There has been pressure since the end of the season for Rodgers to add more experience to his staff,” wrote The Telegraph‘s Chris Bascombe on Friday.

We explained last week of the lack of experience between Rodgers, Pascoe, Marsh and Achterberg was a concern – two of them had just one year prior experience in the Premier League prior to be appointed at Liverpool, the other two were promotions from the club’s academy.

Pascoe had 12 months remaining on his contract but will leave the club along with Marsh.

It’s claimed that Pascoe leaving is not just FSG’s call, but also Rodgers’ – recognising the coaching staff was below European standard and needs to be improved.

In addition to these changes, Rodgers will now have increased say on transfers.
Woohoo, mike march, colin pascoe gets the kick in ass. Liverpoolfc's POOR season is their fault. Guess what Phil Thompson tweeted? Tsk tsk, some shadow tai chi'ing and it's their fault but Brendan's.

Either Rodgers is wearing some Thai amulet warding off incredible pressure of faulting finding, or this golden child of FSG is really THE chosen ONE.

Stand back, for the chosen one will unleash all Liverpool's might next season!! whistling.gif

News that what I figured the brilliant masterclass tactician is looking to exchange 2 for 1

QUOTE
Arsenal would LOVE this - Liverpool fans will hate it!
Liverpool will give the green light for Raheem Sterling to join Arsenal - but only if Theo Walcott and Kieran Gibbs are included in the deal according to ESPN.

ESPN report that it is Liverpool who have approached Arsenal over the prospect of a deal for Sterling. The Anfield-based club have a hole in their team at right-back with the impending departure of Glen Johnson when his contract expires which Gibbs would fill, while Walcott would be a like-for-like replacement for Sterling.
Good sum, I heard FSG has given you more access to transfer dealings (to me it's another PR crafted piece)

Sell one, get two. Awesome business this is sweat.gif rolleyes.gif

It's a dirty business, but someone got to be sacrificed, isn't it Rodgers ?
Mike March & Colin pascoe is not European standard (but you are), they get the chop.

Danny ings will be confirmed (matter of days). LiverpoolFC likes to do business early.

I'm be elated if Hyypia joins our back room staff, though I highly doubt that piece of feel good news.

Lol.. chelsea doesnt have this problem. Sold luiz and got costa and fabregas on a cheap.. then again, mourinho is shrewd in business.. and we have a bunch of idiot sitting on a round table discussing about buying english players or young cheap potentials.
*
Then all the managers that admired costa too must be shrewd, Liverpool FC and Brendan were linked and attempted to get costa the year before Chelsea got him.

So.. Brendan Rodgers is shrewd master 😁😁

Suarez just won CL.

As much as I hate to say it, can we even blame Sterling for rejecting a contract with Liverpool?
*
If he goes to Real Madrid, which is also stupid, right? Rafa is stupid for taking up the Real Madrid managerial post.

How do you stop the greatest football team in the planet, the perfect team closest to every gamers fantasy football? Sure Real Madrid won the CL the and la liga previous 1-2 seasons back with Carlos ancelotti. That when Barcelona had problems internally, messi own affairs was messy.

But that's where lies ambition . Ready for the challenge. Risky but its where it separates big boys with ambition with boys with plastic spades only wanting to play at the sand box.

I don't think many realise nor have an understanding of the above mention

pako just won a treble, why would he want to come work under a manager who has won nothing yet.
sack brenda and make pako manager better.

Yup, I know what you mean.

A lot was said rafa Benitez is nothing without Pako ayestaran.

It's kinda misrepresentation, I suppose those throphies with intermilan, chelsea, napoli were, well must have been "gifted" to rafa Benitez led teams. Sure they weren't the champions league trophy but they were nontheless respective domestic trophies & Europe cups.

Something we haven't been able to reach since KD in recent times.

Pako ayestaran can help/assist but let's get over our heads. The gaffer has a big(gest) say to the teams selection plus overall tactics.

Everyone (besides manager) has a contribution but if the manager is clueless on dealing with opponents n changes after changes of tactics within A game, he is grasping on thin air.

Sure, FSG has faith in him. But He is clipped in the sense where the backroom staffs were "sacrificed". Were they (back room staff) hand-picked previously by Liverpool fc (FSG) and not of dodger's own? As couple have suggested? Supposedly according to some, now Rodgers has a better rein (to dictate more) after the debacle from last season. As if he was chained as a manager in 3 previous seasons, now the shackles are off.

You tell me, Colin pascoe was from Swanseafc, you tell me. And if previously Rodgers didn't "hand-pick his own trusted back room staff" then, doesn't that also mean he was just a puppet, before?? right? then what some of us have been saying are given more credence.

I don't get it? Many have accused several of us being too tough on Rodgers. Everytime we brought up of Rodgers insipid performance, we labelled traitors.

Now, some changes are made of the backroom staff, excuses made, those fellas weren't brought in by Brendan, same excuses the transfer committee has all the say on transfers (failures). No fault of Brendan's.

JHC

Really bangau. Bila dapat 2nd place, ALL credit saja dia dipuji.

He has whole team know how to tiki taka from GK to striker. That's why you seldom see GK kick the ball, instead he pass the ball to the defender to build up the attacke.

Our defener DO NOT KNOW how to play tiki taka. Skertel only know how to use his right foot passing. Sahko only good at passing forward to find open man. Lovern always pass back to Mig. The only CB that have skill to take the ball is Can, who happened to be a midfielder.
*
Liverpool CAN play tiki taka, the pass & move has quite a devastating effect under Dalglish (it was the crossbar that kinda came in the way)

Brendan Rodgers Liverpool plays tiki tala very well, but is just playing sideways and looking good within the sandbox. When opposing teams start to play high pressing game. We just don't know how to switch the formation to a a devastating knell onto the opposition.

Almost always no effect in the final 3rd.

before the moans, Nuts, hey the 2nd season we score superbly with SAS playing this brand of football.....

Halo, the reference was ings and sturidge (are for England) see the bracketed text and "they are for England too, save time for (ings and Sturidge's) to gel FOR LFC.

The Dwight and cole reference was the deadly duo parthersshipss combo. Ikut discussion sikit whistling.gif bila Yorker n cole play for LFC?

Sorry, you need to follow the discussion, perhaps my (sorry state) brand of humor takes awhile for outsiders to understand, esp those parachuting in and having just read that one line. wink.gif

Yorke and Cole was deadly combo because of MU domination and AF.
RVP, Rooney also scored plenty of goals under AF,
Same with Solksjaer, Ronaldo, Beckham.

Nothing to do with nationality.

The statement of "they are England, saving time to gel" come from the manager?

Hope not another famous statement made, already got plenty famous "lol" statement on the list already, not wish to see another one added into the list.

Well, most of us fans here at LYN/LFC trend (don't know if the other 'real' Kopites in other forums/blogs) have premonition of what top 'excuses' could come by. It's been 3 years.
