Red Sox are having a pretty poor season so far and John Henry came out today with the following statement (which would apply to LFC as well):
“Stability in an organization is a key element,” Henry said. “Some people thrive on instability, but most organizations, most people, really thrive when there’s stability.” Henry was asked if sticking to your guns was more difficult in baseball than other businesses, but he said the only difference is that you can’t react to every naysayer. “No, it’s just that you have a lot more outside pressure,” Henry told Bradford. “We don’t really respond to that. We respond to reason rather than pressure.”
