Just like in company, the one able to sweet talk the best, a lot of time tend to be liked by the boss... If the season review verdict can be "sweet talk" as positive outcome, it is something we need to learn a lot from the manager, it may help our career in climbing up the company hierarchy.
Spent more than 100 mil, finishing 6th, loss 6-1 one of worst defeat on many decades, problem in scoring,
for ordinary folks, may be grilled severely in the interview session and struggling to find an excuse or reason to explain to the board member,
and yet the manager can turn the tide as a "positive" season review, which is amazing.
