Not all of Pentium 4 2.8E is 800MHz with HT... blush.gif

A Pentium 4 2.8E with HT is a very rare occasion... tongue.gif

There's a lot of 2.8E, but 75% of em is 533MHz which doesn't come with HT technology... laugh.gif

E always refer to HT enabled cpu w/ Prescott core

it's Prescott 533 with HT that is *rare* and highly overclockable

never got a chance to have a (famous) nickname - pentium D replaced p4 series at the time

Tis is old news, but heck, these are some nicks for P4:

A - Older, 1st gen P4 (willamette & northwood) - non HT (various FSB)
B - non-HT Prescott (533)
C - HT northwood (800)
E - HT Prescott (800)
